no. BonziWORLD is NOT a virus. It's safe, family-friendly and for EVERYONE. The Reddit post stating that it is a virus and downloads a RAT is misinformation. the only parts of bonziWORLD where you need to be careful is on room ID desanitize, which allows scripts to be injected.
