Who controls this shit?
A person started the event 2 months ago, however, we don't know what the person's name is.

They now have the animated penguin dancing crosscolors, and they still keep name spamming.
October?
In October, the penguin flood event started due to an unknown person with probably a script. They were first color spammers, and would flood the default room.
November-Present
Nowadays they are name spamming daily and its unknown when they will stop.
