How the fuck is the gore relevant to the article?

That looks like random ass gore: not a sex change in a clinical environment. There are surely examples of failed operations that don't involve what looks like an animal and that look like they take place in first world countries. Pustule (talk) 22:04, 30 June 2024 (UTC)
