BonziPEDIA:Quality Control

From BonziPEDIA, the Official BonziWORLD Encyclopedia of varied quality.
Jump to navigation Jump to search

Quality Control is a program started by the administrators of this wiki. Unfortunately 90% of BonziPEDIA editors are retarded brown kiddieniggies with no English skills, so it just can't be good if left unmonitored. The goal is to maintain quality within the wiki by deleting everything unreadable, irrelevant, spammy, or just shit - pages that are quite shit but not enough for deletion will be marked for rewrite.

And no, putting {{{stub}}} or {{{community}}} on a one sentence 'literal who' page will not salvage it.

When is it shit: Common tropes

"Bad Article"

Bad Article is an example of the kind of dogshit being forcibly pushed out in the hundreds every day. These kind of articles have no chance to ever become good.

"NEW INFORMATION DISCOVERED: ..."

Not bad objectively but gets very repetitive and annoying real fast. Kiddietards will usually include some bullshit about MediaNegroTaco1234567890 posting LAY PORN FOR THE 87321965321598235TH TIME OMGGGGGGG!!!!! If you really want to break news into your article, use {{{alert}}} instead.

"(X)fag"

Kiddies trying to be tuff will resort to affixing "-fag" onto every possible subject of hyperobsession and pretend its a real term that they did NOT just pull out of their asses. This trope is usually used within the following formulaic phrase: "He likes (X), that makes him a (X)fag".

This does not apply to the established -fag terms such as "GoFag" and "objectfag".

What's to be done

  • Delete spam.
    • NOTE FOR OTHER ADMINS: Look into deleting some talk pages, since those are usually leftovers from raids and bear no value.
  • Delete low quality pages on nobodies.
  • For pages on relevant topics with stubby one-liners:
    • Write a full article.
    • If article is on a user, either write an article or redirect it to a user page, if they've got one.
    • Deletion if its just too bad.
