Account creation has been finally re-enabled! Sorry for the obnoxiously long wait.
You can now create an account, but have to wait a day for it to be autoconfirmed (unconfirmed users can't edit).

I feel like this template needs an update with some new users who have spawned within the community. However, since the kiddies can't learn, this template has been locked from editing for a general editor with no special perms like me. I'd suggest reopening it again, but given the fact kiddies would just fuck it up again, I might aswell just give suggestions of who to add instead so the admins can get to it.
