The dox says he's 16, and according to an age calculator, he's almost 19 right now. This means it most likely would've needed to happen from 2023-2024 for it to be an adult sexually exploiting a minor. This doesn't necessarily make minor-on-minor abuse less severe, but the perpetrator being a minor deserves different considerations.
