This means it most likely would've needed to happen from 2023-2024 for it to be an adult sexually exploiting a minor. This doesn't necessarily make minor-on-minor abuse less severe, but the perpetrator being a minor deserves different considerations. He can't code just like Seamus (all his scripts and bots are stitched from pre-made code) and groomed a 14 year old girl.
