Documentation
This opens up a navbox for template creation. The Talk, Edit and View buttons are excluded due to them being pointless on such a small wiki.
Required: id - The unique ID of the template. Required only on this part. title - The visible title of the navbox. Optional: border - Border styling. titlebox - Title box styling.
