Transgenderism (AKA Gender Dysphoria) is a condition that causes patients to mutilate their own genitalia in an attempt to become a woman, and attempt suicide or self harm when this fails. Transgender individuals (referred to as "trannies") are often zoophiles or pedophiles, and are statistically more likely to be charged with sex-related crimes. It is a rare condition, though the rate of diagnosis has increased in recent years due to men trying to get into Women's bathrooms for sexual pleasure. Trannies are typically femboys, though dykes may also pretend to be men in rare cases.
