Goober⚠️ (known as Goober Alt on the wiki) is a member of the bonziworld community who generally doesn't do much other than community management (e.g. moderating the server and moderating bonziworld.org, adding stuff to the discord, making polls, suggesting stuff for bonziworld etc.). He's friends with people like Fune & Sian; and is kind of irrelevant in bonziworld community.
