Pastule is a feature on several BonziWORLD servers. When used, your character will say "(name) stop being a pastule".
This feature was added by Fune for bonziworld.org, but it was since copied by Jabba and added to his bloated clusterfuck of a server; even bastardizing the spelling as Pastulify.
