Age of Inception (2016)

• Not much to mention. Perhaps a short description of the userbase at the time.

BonziWORLD was first launched on August 22, 2016 by a man named Joseph Judge (a.k.a. jojudge or heyjoeway), under the domain bonziworld.com. During these very early days of BonziWORLD, the community mostly consisted of Vinesauce fans (Vinesauce was the one to revive the BonziBUDDY meme in 2014/2015); and there wasn't as much autism on the site as there is now. However, this did not last for long.

Kiddie Invasion

• MM: Diogo spamming BW everywhere

Around late 2016/early 2017, a Portuguese logo kid by the name of Diogo Miguel Barros Mendes (11 years old at this time!) discovered BonziWORLD and started making YouTube videos about it; bringing a lot of autistic logo kids to BonziWORLD and by extension other sperglets with ties to logo kids such as GoFags and objectfags. This caused a demographic shift that some label as the "cancer that is killing BonziWORLD", and is also when BonziWORLD became a circlejerk of 10-year-old kids obsessed with Battle for Dream Island and GoAnimate.

Classic BonziWORLD Era (2017-2019)

Early (Early 2017-Late 2017)

Defined by the initial mess and clusterfuck on the website, Early Classic BonziWORLD was characterized by its lack of celebrities, except for Diogo. This period is also known for the rise of trends still popular on BW today, such as "BonziWORLD Reacts to...", autistically announcing your mute ("MUTED!!!!!!!!"), "Behh" spam, etc.

Middle (Late 2017-Mid 2018)

Peak of classic BonziWORLD. Defined by the formation of a more coherent community. The names and infamous personalities mostly established, a lot of BonziWORLD veterans joined during this period. Probably the most coherent era in general due to its stability.

Late (Late 2018-July 2019)

Also known as BonziWORLD's downfall. It's during that time when skids stumbled upon BW and realized how easy it was to make spambots of it; and is also when the infamous Losky Virus was shat out and Danielius Paulavicius (a.k.a. Onute/Jabba Saulute) first became relevant.

The Shutdown (July 2019-2021)

After almost 3 years of being the best worst BonziBUDDY meme site in existence, Joseph Judge shut down the original BonziWORLD on July 10, 2019 due to him running out of time to maintain the site (however there is a possibility jojudge actually shut down BonziWORLD due to all the skids). Not long after, someone named BagelChip took advantage of BonziWORLD being open-source and put up his own instance of BonziWORLD at bonzi.dega.io. Everyone moved to said site not long after.

The Scramble for BonziWORLD (Late 2019-Late 2020)

• MM: BWR's rise to power, BWR's war with uranohoshi and destruction of bonzi.dega.io, short term bwr dominance.

Common Era (2021-Present)

This is the era that many would call "modern BonziWORLD". Most of the relevant people and servers are well established from having formed during the Scramble.

First Stable Period (2021-Early 2022)

• MM: bonzi.world rise to power and server.erik.red shutdown, overall peace on bonziworld (though it was chaotic on discord anarchies, this does not fit in here).

• MM #2: Shutdown of erik's server, rise of bonzi.world.

The Great Repression Period (Mid 2022-Late 2022)

• MM: Collaborations between Fune and Seamus, onute.world, removal of decent admins from BWR, power tripping on BWR, creation and abandonment of bonzi.ga, souring attitude towards Seamus from the community.

The Great War (October 2022-December 2023)

Bonzi.ga's rise to power

• MM: Bonzi.ga's revival, short term cooperation, end of cooperation after seamus domains stolen, toxxing of bonzi.ga, toxxing of the VPS, moicing of bwr. Ends in December

Destruction of BWR

• MM: AWFOB, wiki's founding, server rewrite, seamus' paragraphs, cosmic's grooming, halagetworld & BWR alliance, DDOSing crisis on bonzi.lol, moving to bonziworld.org, shutdown of BWR by Seamus mother

Second Stable Period (2024)

(NEVER name any historical period "modern", even if it's ongoing, i laid the sections the way i did for a reason)Nothing to mention, era just started. Marked by end of BWR and peace on BonziWORLD.
