#DemoteKigger (test UTTP) is a kiddie who abuses the statlock and useredit commands while being king in Room 50. He stays there just to annoy Vincent Van Goat and his stupid friends. He also grabbed Vincent's IP and stat locked it to him saying to ddos himself. He also hates kigger. So yeah, Fune should ban him.
